Describe the bug:
Millstone always puts the card that was on top of your library below the card that was second-from the top in your graveyard instead of letting you choose the order.

Which card behaved improperly?
Millstone.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
It doesn't even matter; it's worked like this since the original MicroProse release.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Ruling: 10/4/2004: Since you are putting more than one card in the graveyard at one time, the affected player can choose the order the 2 cards go in.

Whether we should honor that is debatable. Getting nagged to choose the order every time the AI mills you would be annoying, and there haven't been any cards that care about the order of the graveyard since Stronghold, six and a half years before that ruling. Anyone know where to look for contemporary rulings?

Everything that mills more than one card. There's, obviously, lots.

Well since we haven't seen a change in a cards ruling and according to MagicCompRules 20170825 (assuming they do check and update it regularly):
404.3. If an effect or rule puts two or more cards into the same graveyard at the same time, the owner of those cards may arrange them in any order.

Ideally the way to deal with it is to have it configurable in the right click menu if possible, "Choose trigger graveyard order for this game or not". If that is very difficult then as an option in the config.txt. with no choose graveyard order preselected.
