Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
It seems there is a bug with Patrician's Scorn and AI at least.I have seen AI play it first for no reason at all (no enchantments to destroy) and by doing so spending in vain mana and not being able to play other cards.In the savegame you can see that AI has also Lymph Sliver that can play and if selects to cast first the Lymph Sliver then can cast for free (in vain again) Patrician's Scorn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Patrician's Scorn AI isn't biased to cast it for no reason.AI has a hint to prefer to cast it after casting other white spells.(not biased to cast it in this order though either).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

This seems improved after commit 5afd70dd.

No reason to think what you changed would affect the AI, but you did make it so you can't cast it without paying its mana cost unless you've cast two other white spells.
