[fix]Aether Tradewinds-AI can target both opponent permanent

Describe the Bug:
Aether Tradewinds, AI can target both permanents to be mine however only 1 of them seems to return to hand still none of AI's permanent.Human can't do that.

Which card did behave improperly?
Aether Tradewinds - AI

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI honor this,too: Return target permanent you control and target permanent you don't control to their owners' hands.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit abeef857.
