[fixed]Die Young illegal target message & AI no cast

AI has a problem casting Die Young, I saw AI cast it only twice (both times targeting own creatures)in several games and several turns being in AI's hand.Probably the bug I got when for testing reasons I targeted my Epochrasite with 3 counters on it has to do something with AI not casting it: "Illegal target (AI will pick only permanents with TOU <= ENERGY_COUNTERS()+2). and so I wasn't allowed to target my creature with more than 2, +1/+1 counters .
Which card did behave improperly?
Die Young
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI casts Die Young and I don't get illegal message if I target a creature I own with more than 2, +1/+1 counters.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
