Describe the Bug:
1- Carnage Gladiator triggers only once per combat that a creature blocks.
2- Carnage Gladiator doesn't trigger when it's controller's creatures are blocking. fix

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Carnage Gladiator triggers once per creature that blocks.
2- Carnage Gladiator trigger when it's controller's creatures are blocking.

rulings:
3/14/2017 Carnage Gladiator’s ability triggers whenever any creature blocks, regardless of who controls that creature or which creature it blocked.
3/14/2017 If a creature can block multiple creatures and does so, Carnage Gladiator’s ability triggers only once.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed both bugs in commit 1078175. However I can't understand how to make it work correctly if a creature blocks more than one creature to trigger only once for that creature.
This is also bugged for others worded like this: Battle Strain and Heat of Battle.
No Quarter and Righteous Indignation are not coded.
Battle Cry which is a little different works right with multi blocking.
