[confirmed]Elemental Resonance bad enchant, no trigger

Elemental Resonance enchants creatures instead permanents; it never triggers; and even if it did trigger, it has no provision for choosing the mana color of hybrid mana costs (whether multi- or mono-colored hybrid).
