Describe the Bug:
If you pass a cipher trigger when the encoded creature deals combat damage to a player then the next time any creature of any player deals combat damage to a player it will also trigger that missed cipher trigger. In my savegame you can see my Foundry Screecher which has encoded on it Shadow Slice. It has dealt combat damage to AI in my last turn but I didn't use the cipher trigger from Shadow Slice. AI will deal combat damage to me with Incursion Specialist and it will trigger, the cipher ability from Shadow Slice that I didn't use before. If you use it, it will copy Shadow Slice just fine.

Which card did behave improperly?
Cipher mechanism

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If you decide not to use a cipher trigger as it's optional the trigger is lost for ever.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Midnight Recovery suffers from this also. Probably all cards with cipher suffer from this not tested others so far though.
