Gaea's Embrace triggers regeneration effects all the time.

Which card did behave improperly?
Gaea's Embrace

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Gaea's Embrace triggers regeneration effects only when enchanted creature is dealt lethal damage.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 20fe959, added also combat AI.
