[fix]Grixis Illusionist target land can produce origin mana

Describe the Bug:

Fixed in commit 9bd28fd5 needed ct_all value. You need to click on legacy to get the chosen lands mana but the chosen land can still be activated to produce it's original mana but it shouldn't be able to activate for that.
