Describe the Bug:
1- Dragon Whelp doesn't get sacrificed at next eot if you have activated it's ability 4 or more times.
2- Dragon Whelp stacks legacy activation cards.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Dragon Whelp If this ability has been activated four or more times this turn, sacrifice Dragon Whelp at the beginning of the next end step.
2- Dragon Whelp doesn't stack legacy activation cards recalculates them in 1.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
These are affected : Nalathni Dragon (also stacks the legacy activations), Farrelite Priest and Initiates of the Ebon Hand.

Dragon whelp is working for me in the public version. It dies when you spend more than 3 mana

I know that you are using a more recent version that is the one that need to be fixed, but I post if maybe you can cast a regrowth over the old working code to make the card working again

Fixed both and Nalathni Dragon in commit e5259c12. Fixed Farrelite Priest in commit 35a625d9.
Fixed Initiates of the Ebon Hand in commit 65fe385f.
