Describe the Bug:
Kazandu Tuskcaller level up ability can't be activated despite being highlighted. If it gets somehow level counters the ability to make token works.

Echo Mage level up ability can't be activate either in dev so it seems to be a level up bug and not a cards bug.

Not a general level up bug as Halimar Wavewatch levels up just fine.

Fixed all in commit 16b4dd8.
