[fixed]Scars of the Veteran messed up menus

Describe the Bug:
1- Scars of the Veteran menu to choose from is messed up. It has only 2 choices a) cast normally b) cancel. Neither does what it says, cast normally prompts for a creature to exile and cancel prompts normal cost. Option to cancel I guess is bug 2:
2- Scars of the Veteran when you try to cast it normally or with alternative cost (exile a white card) returns to hand without being cast. That happens no matter if you target a player or a creature.
3- Scars of the Veteran can only be cast when you choose "cast normally" and then in prompt to exile a card you hit done without choosing a card to exile and is cast for free.
4- Scars of the Veteran when select cast normally and you are prompt for a creature to exile if you exile a non-white card (red creature in my test) it gives a parameters error then doesn't exile the red card but gets cast.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1+2- Scars of the Veteran choose an option menu responds to actual choice.
3- Scars of the Veteran can't be cast for free if you choose not to exile a card or not pay the normal cost and hit done.
4- Scars of the Veteran can't be cast by choosing a non-white card to be exiled.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed all in commit 4f76aa52.
First bug was a global one for all pitchspells and if I am not wrong there is at least on more report about that which I can't find.
