Chronatog Totem pump ability can be activated x times

Describe the Bug:
1- Chronatog Totem pump ability can be activated multiple times.
2- AI needs a lot of help with it as a lot of times animated it and then tapped it for mana. Never animate and blocked or attacked even if it would die so seems to have a bug.

Chronatog Totem
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Chronatog Totem gets +3/+3 until end of turn. You skip your next turn. Activate this ability only once each turn and only if Chronatog Totem is a creature.
2- AI no animate then tap for mana and attacks & blocks normally like other animate artifacts.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
