[fixed]Reality Smasher no prompt discard or counter

Describe the Bug:
Reality Smasher triggers when targeted by a spell but doesn't prompt opponent to discard a card or counter the spell nor does anything else.
Which card did behave improperly?
Reality Smasher
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
