Describe the Bug:
Blinding Beam ~~all abilities have no effect.~~2nd ability no effect on resolution.

Which card did behave improperly?
Blinding Beam

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Blinding Beam.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed only 1st ability in commit 770e30d. 2nd still nothing on resolution.
