Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Sunbeam Spellbomb and Necrogen Spellbomb have the same bug for their 1st ability so I guess all spellbombs of this circle are bugged.
Sunbeam Spellbomb 1st ability has effect but no sacrifice & mana cost for activation.

Fixed all Mirrodin Spellbombs in commit ab761106. In fact not all, Lifespark Spellbomb has not been coded.
