[fixed]Sage of Fables 1st ability not working 2nd crash

Describe the Bug:
1- Sage of Fables doesn't put +1/+1 counters to other wizard creatures you control when they enter the battlefield.
2- When you activate it's ability you pay {2}

but you are not prompt to remove a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control and game crashes.
Which card did behave improperly?
Sage of Fables

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Sage of Fables put +1/+1 counters to other wizard creatures you control when they enter the battlefield.
2- No crash, pay {2}

prompt to Remove a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control and then do that and Draw a card.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed both in commit e24f0614.
