[fixed]Howlpack Wolf doesn't check for "another"

Howlpack Wolf can block even if you don't control another Wolf or Werewolf it's ability is wrongly "if you don't control a Wolf or Werewolf" but since it is a wolf it can block.
Which card did behave improperly?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Howlpack Wolf can't block unless you control another Wolf or Werewolf.
