[fixed]Silburlind Snapper can't attack with requirements met

Describe the Bug:
Silburlind Snapper most times can't attack even if you have cast a non-creature spell this turn. I couldn't find why few times it works and most doesn't maybe is obvious from code.

Which card did behave improperly?
Silburlind Snapper

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Silburlind Snapper can't attack unless you've cast a noncreature spell this turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed this in commit 018f95c.
