Pyre Hound ability counts also artifacts, enchantments (these tested) and probably all non-creature spells cast.
Which card did behave improperly?
Pyre Hound
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Pyre Hound whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell only put a +1/+1 counter on Pyre Hound.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
