Describe the Bug:
Security Blockade can't be activated to prevent the damage made to player. This was mentioned in another post (but needs it's own report) which has also the bug for all these enchantments that were made not be enchanted to opponents land to overcome the activations issues: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=12325&p=136379&hilit=Security+Blockade#p136268
Which card did behave improperly?
Security Blockade
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Security Blockade can be activated to prevent 1 damage made to owner.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit fa4de237. This was really frustrating as I thought the problem was in the code and tried again and again to find out the issue only to find out finally that had no activate values in ct_all.csv! It is a 2nd or 3nd time I meet such an issue for a card coded 5-6 years ago! I really hope I have learned this lesson.
