Describe the Bug:
Ongoing Investigation 1st ability doesn't investigate when a creature or more you control deal combat damage to a player.

Ongoing Investigation

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Ongoing Investigation, Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, investigate.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit e68fbe6f.
