[fixed]Sarkhan the Mad ult bad targeting

Describe the Bug:
Sarkhan the Mad's third ability targets at resolution, not activation; chooses a different target for each Dragon; and the target is targeted by the Dragon, not Sarkhan. For example, if you control a Shivan Dragon and a Canopy Dragon, the former can incorrectly target something with protection from black, and the latter incorrectly can't target something with protection from green - it should be able to target, but not to damage.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ruling: 6/15/2010: You choose a single target as you activate the third ability. All your Dragons deal damage to that player.

(The last ruling there isn't relevant; the rule it depends on no longer exists as of the Dominaria rules update.)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No.

The only card that gives player protection from color is Seht's Tiger which though in manalink doesn't prevent targeting only damage at you from that color so I can't test the 3nd bug correctly.

It seems I fixed all of them in commit 1e1467e9.
