Twinblade Slasher AI block decisions-summoning sickness

Describe the Bug:
Twinblade Slasher is a card that AI handles well and understands the activation for +2/+2 while calculating attack/block decisions. However doesn't calculate in block decisions when the ability can be activated but is having summoning sickness. Do you thing this is solve-able?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI gets in block decisions that it can activate the ability while having summoning sickness.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Same goes for others with activated abilities that don't tap. Probably all others.
