[fixed]Talons of Falkenrath error & no +2/+0.

Describe the Bug:
1- Talons of Falkenrath produces error when cast for AI at least.
2- When activated doesn't give +2/+0.
Which card did behave improperly?
Talons of Falkenrath
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Talons of Falkenrath.
2- When activated gives +2/+0.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
