[fixed]Malicious Advice doesn't charge x mana

Describe the Bug:
1- Malicious Advice doesn't charge x mana for x targets. Deals x damage equal to targets though.
2- Prompt is wrongly "Select target permanent".
Which card did behave improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Malicious Advice charges {X}

.
2- Prompt is "Select target artifact, creature, or land."
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

No charge x mana fixed also in commit 3936db6f. Fixed prompt in commit 8f5270c5.
