Attachments of attachments get displayed behind later objects attached to their grandparent objects.
...that's remarkably unclear, even for me. Here, a concrete example with a picture:
The relative card numbers and timestamps of the Feedback and Curse Artifact don't matter, though the Living Artifact has to precede both. Initial display is (usually) ok, but reverts to the above z-order after dragging the Eon Hub or auto-arranging via double-click.
Which card did behave improperly ?
wndproc_TerritoryClass().

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The z-order of cards with a common attachment ancestor should always exactly match their y placement.
