Aegis Angel vs Ray of Command

Describe the Bug:
I took control of Aegis Angel with Ritual of the Machine but the permanent a token this time didn't loose indestructibility as it should.
Which card did behave improperly?
Aegis Angel
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

7/1/2013 If another player gains control of Aegis Angel, the permanent will no longer have indestructible, even if you regain control of Aegis Angel.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Dungeon Geists, Shipbreaker Kraken, Tidebinder Mage are affected.

Besides the 4 cards above also Ray of Command is bugged. If you lose control of the creature gained with Ray of Command with Control Magic the creature doesn't get tapped.
