Intet, the Dreamer card not in exile zone

Describe the Bug:
Intet, the Dreamer doesn't put the exiled card in exile zone. The card is only in the legacy attached to it.
Which card did behave improperly?
Intet, the Dreamer
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
