[confirmed]Daxos of Meletis v. OGW, cost mods

Describe the Bug:
When casting a spell from exile with Daxos of Meletis,

1. Its cost isn't increased by Jade Leech, when green (I tested Llanowar Elves, which cost )
2. I could spend colored mana for explicitly colorless costs (I tested Spatial Contortion, which cost )
3. If you cancel during target selection (but after mana payment), the effect card goes away.

Which card behaved improperly?
Daxos of Meletis. Though possibly Jade Leech, since code for cost modifiers is strewn about in a half dozen not-quite-redundant places, and I haven't checked whether the Leech is all there.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

1. Strictly speaking, Llanowar Elves while you control a Jade Leech should always cost even when cast by Daxos' ability, but even when approximating by changing its cost to be generic, it should be and not .
2. Daxos lets you spend mana as though it were mana of any color, not mana of any type. Colorless isn't a color. You still need real colorless mana to pay costs.
3. You can cast the exiled spell until end of turn, so long as it hasn't left exile, even if you start to cast it and then change your mind.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
I was actually expecting Daxos to make the Elves cost , i.e. not affecting the extra from the Leech.

Derelor is the only other card in Manalink that increases the mana cost of other cards by a colored amount. I suppose the strive mechanic (e.g. Ajani's Presence) is worth testing.

It's roughly an even split among cards with abilities similar to Daxos' whether they let you spend mana as though it were any color or any type, though most of the latter aren't implemented. Of the ones that are in Manalink:
Any type: Gonti, Lord of Luxury, North Star
Any color: Daxos of Meletis, Emissary's Ploy, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Oath of Nissa, Psychic Intrusion, Unexpected Potential

Daxos of Meletis doesn't affect the additional costs to be paid by strive mechanism so that can be paid by any colour of mana or the aproximation to generic.
