Reflecting Mirror activates and does nothing.

Describe the Bug:
Reflecting Mirror when activated goes directly to stack without prompting for target spell and for x mana and then gives a couple of errors and resolves without result.

Which card did behave improperly?

No other cards with change target are implemented apart from Torchling which doesn't have that part implemented.
