Frostweb Spider bad triggers beyond blocking one

Describe the Bug:
~~1- Frostweb Spider once it blocks a flier and gets +1/+1 counter then it will get a counter for both players attack phase.~~
2- It doesn't get x counters if it blocks x fliers.
Which card did behave improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Frostweb Spider Whenever Frostweb Spider blocks a creature with flying, put a +1/+1 counter on Frostweb Spider at end of combat.
2- 7/15/2006 If Frostweb Spider somehow blocks more than one creature with flying during the same combat, its ability will trigger multiple times.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

After ridiculous amount of time and effort fixed 1st bug in commit 42e06140.
