Martyr of Frost ability doesn't counter spell when it resolves and opponent hasn't paid the x cost.

Which card did behave improperly?
Martyr of Frost

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Martyr of Frost: {2}

Reveal X blue cards from your hand, sacrifice Martyr of Frost: Counter target spell unless its controller pays {X}

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit fc9308cd.
