Maddening wind cumulative unkeep needs to be paid in your unkeep and also in opponent´s unkeep

dev version 250c78bd updated to 11-5-19 /DUEL

Travolter please remember to write the card as printed with all the words that need to be capitalised to be like that, so we can see what the card does from the autoshow-card naming feature, thanks.

Also deals damage to enchanted creature's controller on both players upkeep.

The 2 different upkeep functions affect each other. If any of them is removed the other works fine.
