[confirmed]takklemaggot doesnt become global enchantment

Takklemaggot does not become a non-Aura enchantment for the wizard when there are no more target creatures to parasite.
When there are no more creatures in the ground, Takklemaggot goes to the graveyard

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
when there are no creatures in play to parasite, Takklemaggot becomes a non-Aura enchanment for the wizard of the last creature parasited.
Takklemaggot does not become a non-Aura enchantment for the wizard when there are no more target creatures to parasite.
When there are no more creatures in the ground, Takklemaggot goes to the graveyard
