[fixed] Conqueror's Galleon it returns to owner battlefield

Describe the Bug:
If you Cloudshift a stolen creature that will return onto it's owners battlefield instead of yours-it's controller's one.fixed

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Cloudshift the creature is returned to controller and permanently if it was stolen by cards like Act of Treason.

I tried to make a new function based on blink_effect() that returns creature to controller and succeed it in that but wasn't marked as stolen so if the creature left the battlefield for any reason it ended up in controller's zones instead of owner's.fixed

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Yes, all the ones that return the blinked object to controller.
We have: Conjurer's Closet, Ghostly Flicker, Deadeye Navigator, Nephalia Smuggler, Ruin Ghost and Restoration Angel.fixed in commit b91c96be.
Also remove_until_eot: Argent Sphinx,fixed in commit b91c96be.
Only Conqueror's Galleon not working from all these cards.

Maybe still bugged as they can't be tested due to other bugs:

If you steal Conqueror's Galleon and attack with it at the end of combat it will be exiled and then transform but not enter under the last controller's control who in this case is not the owner.
