Haunting Wind & co don't recognize cards granding ability

Haunting Wind, Artifact Possession and such don't recognize that Predatory Urge, Fearsome Temper and such cards give the creature the ability so the creature is that activates (if it has become an artifact before) and so the first don't trigger.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Haunting Wind, Artifact Possession and such recognize that Predatory Urge, Fearsome Temper and such cards give the creature the ability so the creature in fact is activated, as a result the first trigger when the last are activated and are artifacts of course.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
