Wave of Vitriol not sacrificing any

Describe the Bug:
1- Wave of Vitriol doesn't sacrifice enchantments or artifacts for any player.
2- Seems to sacrifice any kind of land randomly or discard any kind of land or other card from hand.
3- The number of basic land cards to search from library is not correct.
