[fixed]Snow Devil doesn't get first strike in time

Describe the Bug:
Snow Devil doesn't grand first strike to enchanted creature in time to deal damage first if blocking a non first striker or at the same time to a first striker when it is blocking.

Which card did behave improperly?

If after blockers are assigned there is an activation then the creature has first strike in time.
