Describe the Bug:
Expropriate resolves the effect you voted for but not the effect voted for by your opponent.
Which card behaved improperly?
Expropriate
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink test build Jan 12 2020 - gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If your opponent votes for 'time' you should get an extra turn. If your opponent votes 'money' you should choose a permanent they own and gain control of it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Expropriate resolves the effect you voted for but not the effect voted for by your opponent.

I confirm this for human player, it works fine if AI casts it.
