Describe the Bug:

Evil Twin was able to destroy a Relentless Rats that it copied but was unable to kill subsequent Relentless Rats.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Evil Twin's tap and destroy ability should be able to kill additional cards with the same name.

In an earlier match during this same gauntlet the Evil Twin worked against multiple copies of the same card. I played Evil Twin, copied a Juniper Order Ranger and used Evil Twin to kill the ranger on my next turn. A few turns later the AI cast a new JOR and the same Evil Twin killed it. I mention this in case the issue is specific to Relentless Rats.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I confirm this but I can't find what exactly is the problem and how to replicate it each time. But if you play few turns it will certainly come up if AI continues to cast Relentless Rats. I didn't test with other than Relentless Rats creatures.
