Are you sure you got a hang? I got the parameters error too but no hang. I closed the parameters error game continued with an issue no damage made to planeswalker. Every other time I loaded the savegame no bugs whatsoever. Bare in mind that's something that happens at times to get a parameters error in a savegame the first time loaded and next ones not. Sometimes if you close the game and launch it again then you get the error again. :-?

By the way you didn't cheat anything in play? because that could cause issues.
How did you get to have Red Sun's Zenith in graveyard and not shuffled back to library?

Same thing happened with me, it hangs in game but resolves if you close the parameters window.

Nothing was cheated into play. Red Sun's Zenith was never cast, it got to the graveyard through being discarded to first ability of Chandra Ablaze
