Describe the Bug:
AI goes into a loop with ability of Frenetic Efreet with multiple activations, activation chain will eventually resolve (efreet is invariably lost due to required number of coin flips)

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 3-2020 9e576b6 (March 2020 New Base Install), duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI clearly has no idea when to use ability of this card and activates it needlessly but to prevent slowing of game play it would be better if AI could only do a single activation (or activation only on blocking/being blocked)
