[confirmed]Force Spike mana cost if mana burn enabled wrong

Describe the Bug:
In attached savegame, I get the expected 'pay extra' prompt but am then prompted to pay an extra 7 mana on AI casting Force Spike on a Segovian Leviathan

Which card behaved improperly?
Force Spike

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 3-2020 9e576b6 (March 2020 New Base Install), duel

I can't confirm this I loaded the savegame 10 times tried different scenarios but AI always counters it with Spell Blast which casts for 5.

How annoying! I get Force Spike every single time.

It may be a one time bug or maybe you had a parameters error before that caused this bug later in the game or fixed in between (not likely).
Please attach your config.txt it is the last thing that comes to my mind that a configuration there maybe is causing this.

Config attached. I play with manaburn on but otherwise I think every setting is default.

I've seen 'taxing' counterspells bugged before like this, Mana Leak used to do it in years gone by but I've not seen this bug for a long time.

So, my guess was correct it is an issue that happens only if mana burn is enabled in config.txt.
