[fixed]Prismatic Omen: too many spells highlighted

Describe the Bug:
With Prismatic Omen in play spells that cannot be cast because I don't have enough mana are highlighted/shown as castable, e.g. Wilt-Leaf Cavaliers or Spawnwrithe in the attached save game.

These spells should not be highlighted.

No.

The mana declaration isn't fixable with the way these kinds of cards are currently implemented.

Unfortunately since the above quote have passed 7 years but there was no progress with these very difficult cards to implement in this old engine.

I'm going to say this one was probably fixed with the addition of mana_colors_added[] in the October 2020 patch
