Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Please report cards unaffected by Deflection & other spells that change targets. The fix for these is elementary, but finding them all is not. Thank you for your help.

Deflection -
Situation in attached save. AI attacks, I have mana open for Deflection. In combat phase it casts Giant Growth to save its attacker, Deflection is not castable in response.

Edit: If I repeat this scenario with the having AI a second creature, Deflection is castable and the Giant Growth will be deflected to the AI's second creature. I am unable to choose the target

You can add Shock and Incinerate to your list. My guess is that other one-target instant burn spells are also affected, e.g. Lightning Bolt, Flame Javelin, Lava Dart and the like.

Edit: AI had no creatures in play on both occasions. The spells were targeting creatures on my side.

Deflection vs Stream of Life results in no life gain.

It goes like this (save attached)

Without Deflection, AI casts Stream of Life with X = 8, gains 8 life

If I cast Deflection, my only opportunity to cast it in response seems to be before the AI chooses X, so it then decides to pay X of 0, life gain of 0

It just wasn't carrying over the X value; weird, there doesn't seem to be any reason for this, but nevertheless I've fixed it - uncommitted. Thanks, Wally

Just experienced Deflection (me) vs Fireball (AI), no option for me to choose new target and X value became 0

Lava Spike vs Swerve results in no damage to either player (no ability to choose opponent as new target)
