[fixed]Untap Tawno's Coffin exiled Tower Geist game crash

Describe the Bug:
I put the AI's Tower Geist into Tawnos's Coffin and untap the Coffin during my untap phase. Tower Geist enters the battlefield and the game crashes.

Which card behaved improperly?
Tower Geist (I think).

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Version 8-2020 a62926f
Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
The game should not crash.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I confirm the bug in your savegame. In a clean game I had a crash only when Tower Geist had a counter on it and was returned from exile with Tawnos's Coffin. (unless that was accidental). I can't tell if that's the case with your savegame as the crash happens before the counter is put and of course it is not possible to know if it had a counter when you exiled it with Tawnos's Coffin. I am attaching the .dmp file from your savegame from dr.watson which is not readable it is in pc language. Possibly you can read it.

Afaik there was no counter on it.

I just opened the dmp file. Seems to be binary, at least I cannot read it. When I have some spare time I will fire up gdb and see where things go wrong.

Works ok in testing as of 44172a4 (14 commits past 3-2021 patch Allegiances & Alliances)
Can someone confirm?
