[fix] Primordial Sage doesn't have card img and a Bug dump

First of all, THX for keeping this great game alive. This is still the best game to play MTG against the AI.

I've encountered a bug, with dump and Primordial Sage doesn't have a card pic.

THK and keep the amazing job you're doing in this game.

For the card image: go to your CardArtManalink folder, delete Primordial Sage.jpg, then rename Primordial Sage (2).jpg to Primordial Sage.jpg. It's from an error in the Jan 2020 cumulative folder - sorry about that.

The dump seems to be from either a different version or a different game. As I read it seems to be Caged Sun calling is_what() before event. Added the events as a precaution in cbfdab9
