AI activated Part Water on my creature. It should had activated on its creature.

This seems to be "just" AI get de-synchronized while AI thinks to cast Volt Charge to opponent creature (which happens sometimes when loading your savegame) and instead casts Part Water. Part Water is set for AI to cast it to opponent creatures. If I remove Volt Charge from AI's hand it never (in 6 attempts) cast Part Water otherwise it will cast it 1 out of 2 or 1 out of 3 times.
