I confirm the bug but what do you mean by:

As of Amonkhet, the mana value of a split card is the sum of the two halves (ref. Comprehensive Rules 709.4b). Ergo, you shouldn't be able to imprint Depose/Deploy in the first place. The only split card you can imprint on Isochron Scepter at this point is Wax/Wane which I just tested working. I just made a change to get_cmc() that reflects this rules change (unpushed).
EDIT: can_play_iid / _now() updated to work for split cards.
